::Senior|AnnMarie:: {Hemet Senior Photographer}

AnnMarie was the last of the three best friends I shot. She is the youngest of the three but the “mom” of the group. She is the one who is always making sure every article of clothing looks good on others and makes sure that is not the funny strand of hair sticking out somewhere. She is the one who nurtures people, she is “the mom”.  It was great to watch the other girls take care of her and make sure she was “perfect” for her shoot. Due to traffic we started her shoot a little later than what I normally would, so I knew we had to work fast, and since it was a warmer day we also had to watch for snakes!! It is becoming that time of year again when we need to watch out for those lovely creatures that I cannot stand! Ugh, I really dislike snakes, no thank you! We didn’t encounter any snakes, but we did have some wonderful gnats follow us around, you know that kind that feel like they are in your eyes and everywhere else on your body, the really annoying kind, but we didn’t let them stop us. We went on our “nature” walk and ended in the very cold, cold creek that AnnMarie really wanted to get in, which of course I LOVED!

AnnMarie I am so happy for you that you are going to OR for school. That is going to be a wonderful experience that not many get have. Don’t be sad about leaving the other girls, try to always look at life with the glass half full, not empty. Things always seem better that way. ; )

      

::Senior|Alissa::

 

I met Alissa up in Oak Glen. I had planned to take her pictures at Los Rios Ranch, but I wasn’t aware that the park and trails closed at 4:30 all year round, and they don’t mess around about locking your car in there if you are not out.  So after freaking out inside for a min I figured I would just “wing” it. I know, super professional right?! There are several spot in Oak Glen that I always pass and want to take pictures at so I thought I would use this golden opportunity and use a couple of these spots and then finish at Riley's Farm, because you can never go wrong there, it’s impossible. On this day I also realized how small the world really is… Alissa noticed a Local Union 1245 sticker on my window. It is a sticker of the union my husband is in for his job, Power line Construction. Alissa’s mom then asked why I has this sticker and who I knew in that trade. I explained that it was my husband, told her what he did, who he worked for, and where his “show up” was… her eyes got brighter and her smile got bigger as I kept talking, which it totally not normal when I tell people about my husbands job because no one ever gets it. Well, the reason why LeeAnn got it is because her husband does the same exact thing, for the same company, same show up!!! My husband and Alissa’s dad work together and we had no clue!!! See, told ya. Small world! After knowing our families worked together I felt as if I had known them forever. We had a great session with several laughs.

Alissa, I wish you nothing but the best in your future. I know you will go far and succeed in everything you put your mind to. You and humble, I like that, and you have a smile that can light up a room, use it to it’s fullest potential. ; )

         

::Bachelor Wedding:: {Apple Valley Wedding Photographer}

Yesterday Becky and I went to Eric and Jessica’s fantastic wedding which was held in Apple Valley at the Aspen Solera Clubhouse. We seriously had so much fun. It was a beautiful day, sun shinning, not to hot and not to cold, the only downer was the 25mph wind. We could have done without that. Jessica looked stunning, Eric looked handsome,  and they didn’t let the wind bother them, the only thing they wanted to do was get married. I loved seeing when Eric and Jessica are with each other, their smiles just get a little brighter. They complete each other.

It was great to see so many {fun} people come together to witness and celebrate the unity of these two amazing people. Once the “I do’s” were said {in the 25mph wind}  is when the real party began. With a Patron toast instead of a Champagne toast I am sure you can only image the fun that was had. Becky and I had a great time at the Bachelor Wedding. There was never a dull moment. They knew how to get the party started and keep it going. I will post more reception pictures later. So for now I will keep you waiting and wondering.

Eric and Jessica I am so happy for the two of you and this new chapter you are starting. I have no doubt you will have along, happy life together.

 

       

::Kennedi |9days::

Miss Kennedi Jo. I was so excited to meet this little girl. I have been waiting since the moment her Mama told me she was pregnant with a little baby girl. Growing up Ashley and I caused a lot of ruckus together, roaming the hills of Reche Canyon on our horses and dirt bikes. Ashley found out she was pregnant right before Logan was born, and now our daughters will be 11 months apart. It’s always great to have a friend with children around the same age, and even greater when their child is just as wild and crazy as yours! I am so excited to see Kennedi grow. She is now a month old {here's to the worst blogger ever! ;)} and as cute as ever. I think she looks just like her Grandpa.
